The Directorate of Micro & Small Scale Enterprises under the Department of Micro & Small Scale Enterprises & Textiles, Govt. of West Bengal, has been playing a vital role in growth of micro and small enterprises and generation of employment. In the changed scenario the State Government is taking every intiative to rejuvenete, giving topmost priority and thrust for facilitating and co-coordinating the growth and development of this sector. In the process active support is ensured to the entrepreneurs and all stake holders for more employment generation and welfare of the artisans through the various schemes and programmes.
